What Mexico is Really Like

  If you have ever day-dreamed about riding all day in the sun down the Baja, then this trip is for you. Wake up each day with a hot cup of coffee as you watch the sun rise. Leather up and pull out onto the highway, with no traffic. Stop an hour down the road for a breakfast of Huevos rancheros with homemade salsa and fresh tortillas. Notice the slowed pace of life as you ride through the local villages seeing the farmers and fishermen working with a smile. Stop at a stand for lunch that looks more like a buffet on wheels with the freshest cilantro, shrimp tacos, fried peppers and cold soda. Pull up to a mission hundreds of years old but still in use everyday. Sit inside and feel the history surround you. Stop for the day at a natural hot springs that comes up at the shore line in the Sea of Cortez. The warm waves melt away the miles but not the memories. Go to bed that night knowing tomorrow can be just like today.
